1) Allergies
What I mean by allergies is includes dust, fur, molds, things that you eat such as shellfish, pollens, and other things.
2) Weather
The examples of weather that can make you have an Asthma attack is such as cold air, dry wind, and even changes in weather or seasons.
3) Exercise
In my previous posts before in personal experience as a Asthmatic patient, I've mention that one of the reasons that I have to avoid is to do an outdoor exercise or activities that makes you breathe faster and harder such as running, playing football and etc. Usually people that had a Asthma does not have the attack before they started the exercise, but after a few minutes, they started to breath harder and end up to have a difficulty in breathing.
4) Emotions
One of the biggest reasons of my you had an Asthma attack is because our emotions. The example of emotions that i mean is like laughing, yells, cries hard, get angry, feels exiting, and even fear. If a person didn't control their emotions and experience this kind of emotions, they will automatically breath faster and will lead to Asthma attack.
5) Irritants in the air
In order to avoid Asthma attack, you must avoid the irritants in the air such as smokes, perfumes, gasoline, household sprays, wood fires, flowers, paint, smells of carpet, and many more.
